The Inclusion of Personal Data in AEDGE PERFORMANCE files

Spointer doesn’t know anything about you. No personally identifiable information is involved in the process of determining your interests (for example: IP address, name, age, telephone number, gender, e-mail address…)
What Spointer does know are the topics related to your recent navigation – sports, tech, gastronomy – and the moment you visited them. This way, Spointer can determine your most likely interests at a particular moment in time.
Not only is Spointer anonymous, but all data is kept locally in an encrypted file and never leaves your computer.
There is absolutely no way for Spointer or any third party to identify you personally.

Absolutely no record of your browsing history is kept. Only topics related to your recent navigation are kept on your hard drive. In order to detect your interests, Spointer automatically goes through the content of pages you recently visited and assigns them to certain categories. Spointer's sole purpose is to extract the keywords from web pages you visit, find the related topics, and record the results in an encrypted file. This file includes the following information for each detected topic: category, time, internet domain identifier, and score.
